Got a favorite flavor?  Create your own box from flavors listed in the current menu.  Please choose from this list, and include preferences for backup in case we run out of your favorites. Include them in the notes section at checkout.  If you forget this step, you can also email your list and order number to info@formosachocolates.com

Customization takes us additional time to fulfill, and during peak seasons, it may not be possible to get your order to you as quickly. We will do our best to pack and send boxes according to your preferences.
