About the tea: A delicious leaf stem tea grown organically, this is a high-grade Spring harvest made mainly from the Saemidori cultivar in Kagoshima Prefecture. Roasted karigane contains more natural sugars and less caffeine than teas made of pure leaves, giving it a very crisp roasted sweet vegetal flavor.
